Açaí Cupcakes

Açaí Cupcakes are a delicious and healthy variation on traditional cupcakes, enriched with the exotic touch of açaí. Made with simple ingredients like our açaí, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, flour and yeast, these cupcakes are fluffy and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 150 gr butter
  • 2 eggs + 1 egg white
  • Vanilla extract
  • 150 ml of Tribe açaí
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 250 gr flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon yeast

Preparation

Beat the sugar with the butter and add the eggs and egg white, one by one, then add a spoonful of vanilla extract and beat again.

Separately, mix the Acai Tribe with the milk.

In another bowl, add the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Alternately, add the dry ingredients and the açaí with the milk to the dough.

Place on small baking trays and bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 15 minutes, until cooked through.

Make a topping to taste.
