V-Label
The Vegan Certified is awarded to products that comply with clear and internationally recognised guidelines set by the International Committee of the European Vegetarian Union (EVU) and regulated by ISO standards.
In order for a product to be certified as vegan, it must not contain any substances of animal origin, it must not contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and its production process must be designed and implemented in such a way as to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination with substances of animal origin.
A brand with a product certified by an independent seal, such as the V-Label, can guarantee its consumers that it is indeed a vegan product, that it does not contain GMOs and that it meets all the standards set by the certifying body.
