For the base:
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups sugar (preferably brown)
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- Chopped walnuts, to taste
- 60g butter
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 pinch salt
- 150g Açaí da Tribe (at room temperature)
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
Beat the sugar with the butter and a pinch of salt until it forms a fluffy cream.
Add the eggs one by one until the mixture is smooth and voluminous.
Then add the Tribe Liquid Acai, orange juice and zest and blend a little more.
Finally, add the flour, baking powder and cocoa and fold in.
Pour the mixture into a greased tin and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature (160º) for around 40 minutes.
