Chicken with Acai Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 breaded or grilled chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 250 ml of Tribe açaí
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon each of parsley and basil

Preparation

After melting the margarine, add the cornstarch to make the base of the sauce.

Cook the flour in the margarine until it forms a ball of dough, then slowly add the Açaí Tribe mixture. Don't let it boil.

After removing from the heat, add the salt, parsley and basil.

Finish by coating the chicken breast with the açaí sauce. Serve afterwards.
