Açaí Semifreddo

Ingredients
For the base:
- 200 gr Maria cookies
- 150 gr softened margarine
- 1 yolk
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
For the dough:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 packages of cream
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 6 sheets of gelatin
For the topping:
- 300 ml Tribe Acai
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup lemon juice
Preparation
Crush the cookies into breadcrumbs, pour into a bowl, add the icing sugar, egg yolk and softened margarine and mix well.
Spread on the bottom of a baking tin and press down so that the tin is well lined halfway up the sides.
Soften the gelatine in cold water.
Whip the cream until stiff, then add the condensed milk and cream cheese.
Remove the cold water from the softened gelatine and add a little boiling water to break it up.
Add the crumbled gelatine to the previous mixture and pour it into the mold. Chill for 3 hours.
For the topping, bring the 300 ml of Açaí da Tribe to the boil with the sugar and lemon.
Top the cheesecake with this delicious jam before serving.
