What makes Tribe different?

The Tribe açaí recipe is made with 100% natural ingredients, combined in a simple and healthy formula. We choose not to include syrups, sweeteners, flavourings, preservatives, colourings, or any ingredient that is difficult to pronounce.

In short, we only use ingredients that are truly essential to create a healthy yet indulgent product, always choosing those that come from nature.

Fun fact... 🌿 Did you know that any ingredient added to açaí “hides” its original flavour? It's true. When mixed with other ingredients, the taste of açaí is overshadowed by the rest and “loses” its distinctive flavour. We want our customers to experience the true taste of açaí, which is why we do not add guaraná.

Unlike most brands, Tribe açaí sorbet does not contain guaraná in any form, allowing it to preserve the authentic flavour of açaí.

Since our product is so natural, the next logical step was to certify it. And guess what... We have already done that too!

Tribe açaí sorbet is the only açaí on the market with vegan certification. We are certified by V-Label, the leading certification body for vegetarian and vegan products on the market.
We are also certified by Portugal Sou Eu, which recognises Portuguese products. But if açaí comes from the Amazon, why is Tribe sorbet considered a Portuguese product?

Let us explain: the raw material, açaí pulp, does indeed come from the Amazon, but the entire production of our sorbet takes place in Portugal. From the complementary ingredients added to the pulp, to our own factory in Portugal, the jobs we create, and the support we are committed to providing to the community, all of these are either sourced from or carried out in Portugal. And this added value that we already bring to the country is recognised.
Our company is certified by the world’s leading food certification standard, and as such, the production of our açaí sorbet itself is carried out under this quality and food safety certification.
