Food Quality and Safety Policy

GlobalTribe’s food quality and safety policy is based on the following fundamental principles:

  • Ensure the most rigorous hygiene, quality and safety standards and compliance with legal requirements applicable to the activity and products, through appropriate working conditions and fostering the spirit of responsibility, collaboration and involvement of all employees;

  • Ensure that the implemented Food Safety System is permanently updated and functions effectively;

  • Promote a culture of food safety at all levels of the organization, through continuous training and awareness that allows improving employee performance in all functions and activities related to food safety and creating an internal environment that involves employees in achieving the objectives of the organization enterprise;

  • Put our know-how at the customer’s service, efficient logistics and prompt deliveries;

  • Build relationships with our customers leading to their loyalty;

  • Interpret market expectations and develop appropriate solutions;

  • Contribute ethically to sustainable development, respecting the environment in which it is integrated, the environment from which the raw materials come, as well as its local populations and building solid, trusting, mutual learning and lasting relationships with its suppliers and partners;

  • Ensure, through privileged proximity to suppliers, the authenticity and quality of raw materials;

  • Contribute to the creation of a concept of healthy and diversified food.

GlobalTribe also promotes Corporate Social Responsibility, for labor practices such as human rights, labor and training, diversity, gender equality, health and well-being of workers; for the efficient use of resources and prevention of pollution; for involvement and contribution to community development; for the inclusion of people in situations of inequality and for the interests and benefits of consumers.
