If the customer wishes to return one or more items, he/she may do so within 14 days of the day he acquires physical possession of his order, provided that the products are intact, sealed, complete and in the original packaging, which may not be damaged, altered or scratched.
If the customer wishes to return a product belonging to a Pack, they must return all products that make up that Pack.
1. Lack of packaging integrity and/or equipment malfunction.
2.Product non-conformity, through analysis and completion of complaint.
The customer will also need to be careful if the product he or she wishes to return has been acquired in the context of a promotional campaign and if, for this reason, benefited from any offer product, you must return not only the product in question, but also the offer assigned to you with your purchase.
The return of incomplete or damaged products, as well as products without the original packaging and/or label, or products with signs of having been used (with the exception of the ice cream maker), will not be accepted.
If the reason for the delivery of the order or the return has been returned is the responsibility of the carrier, regardless of the payment method chosen, the customer will have to send us a written declaration that will be analyzed between the brand and the carrier.
In the event that the delivery problem was caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, we ask the customer to send us the new shipping address and the respective costs will be borne by the customer.
3. Refunds
Reimbursement may be made by product refund or monetary refund only if the return complies with the reasons set out in the preceding point (point 2).
Except in cases where TRIBE offers to collect the goods/products, the withholding of the refund is only permitted until the goods are received or as long as the consumer does not provide proof of the return of the goods.
