Salad with Açaí Vinaigrette

Ingredients

Salad:
1 pack of lettuce mixture
1 round of courgette in pieces
1/2 tomato
200 gr feta cheese

Vinaigrette:
3 tablespoons Tribe’s Açaí
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or lemon
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Add all the ingredients of the vinaigrette and mix until a homogeneous mixture forms.

Then, cover the salad with a generous amount of the preparation.
