Chicken with Açaí Sauce


1 chicken breast breaded or grilled
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon cornstarch
250 ml Tribe’s Açaí
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon parsley and basil


After melting the margarine, add the cornstarch, so that the base of the sauce is made.

Cook the flour in the margarine, until a ball of dough is form, and then slowly place the Tribe’s Açaí preparation. Don’t boil it.

Add salt, parsley and basil after removing from the heat.

Finish by covering the chicken breast with the açaí sauce. Serve then.
