Açaí Cupcakes

Ingredients

250 gr sugar
150 gr butter
2 eggs + 1 egg white
Vanilla extract
150 ml Tribe’s Açaí
½ cup milk
250 gr flour
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon yeast

Preparation

Mix the sugar with the butter and add the eggs and the egg white, one by one, and then add a spoonful of vanilla extract and mix again.

Apart, mix the Tribe’s Açaí with the milk.

In another bowl yet, add the flour, with the yeast and a pinch of salt.

Alternately, add the dry ingredients and the mix of açaí with milk to the dough.

Place in small pans and bring to preheated oven at 150 degrees for 15 min until cooked.

Make a cover as preferred.
