Açaí Cake


3 eggs
3 tea cups of sugar (preferably yellow)
3 tea cups of wheat flour
1 cup of cocoa powder
Chopped walnuts to taste
60 g of butter
1 teaspoon of yeast
1 pinch of salt
150g of Tribe’s Açaí (at room temperature)
Scrape and 1 orange juice


Beat the sugar with the butter and a pinch of salt, until it forms a fluffy cream.

Add the eggs one by one until you get a smooth, voluminous mixture.

Then add the Tribe’s liquid Açaí, juice and orange
scrape and beat a little more.

Finally, add the wheat flour, yeast and cocoa and mix.

Place the preparation in a greased mold and put it in the oven at a medium temperature (160º), preheated, for about 40 minutes.
