Our sorbets are made from high quality natural ingredients<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>

Following the Clean Label<\/span><\/span><\/strong> philosophy, our simple<\/span><\/strong> and natural recipes<\/span><\/strong> highlight the original taste of the fruit, with no room for syrups, sweeteners, flavors or other hard-to-pronounce ingredients!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

The basis of our sorbets is the fruit that gives them their name. Thanks to the generous quantity<\/strong><\/span> and high quality<\/strong><\/span> of the fruit pulp, we are able to obtain sorbets with an authentic and intense flavour. The pulps we use are produced by our partner Eco Foods, using sustainably harvested fruit that respects the environment and the communities.<\/p>

The fruits we use are a\u00e7a\u00ed<\/a><\/span>, guava<\/a><\/span>, soursop<\/a><\/span>, coconut<\/a><\/span>, cupua\u00e7u<\/a><\/span>, passion fruit<\/a><\/span> and dragon fruit<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

As water is our second ingredient, it is important that we maintain strict control over the chemical and microbiological quality of the water we use. Raw cane sugar<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We use raw cane sugar (Demerara sugar) instead of refined sugar or artificial sweeteners. Why is this?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Raw cane sugar is obtained from the second extraction of sugar cane, which preserves some of its natural nutrients. Unlike refined sugar, raw cane sugar does not undergo an intense chemical process and retains essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus<\/strong><\/span> that are found in sugar cane. It is also less processed, making it a less harmful option. The use of this sugar, in small quantities <\/strong><\/span>contributes to the naturalness and quality of our products, offering a more natural pleasure.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

We only<\/strong><\/span> use inverted sugar in passion fruit sorbet. Why is this?<\/strong><\/p>

Inverted sugar has a higher concentration of fructose, which gives the sorbet a fruitier flavour and helps to balance the natural acidity<\/strong> of the passion fruit. This allows the intense flavour of the fruit to be enhanced for a more enjoyable experience.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t
